During this time, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. It's also an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable working with a therapist.

This will depend on you and how consistently you attend therapy. 90% of change happens outside the therapy session, so it will depend a lot on what you do after each session (e.g., homework activities). Missed sessions will result in slower overall progress. Additionally, length will also depend on your therapeutic goals. You can expect to see results after a few weeks of consistent therapy if you follow through with your therapist's recommendations.
